Urgasa Quail is a family-owned business that has been raising quail in Catalonia in northern Spain for over 30 years. They raise their quail by hand, cage free on a cereal-rich diet, minimizing stress & carefully selecting only the best. The resulting meat is luxuriously tender with a sweet, nutty flavor. Semi-boneless quail have had the backbone and ribs removed. 4 quail per pack. 4-4.5 oz per bird.
