Our company has ordered from Matt & family a few times, and as a chef myself, I can honestly say that they consistently produce high-quality delicious products. The smoked turkey alone is the closest to my grandfathers recipe & technique that I’ve been unable to replicate myself. Products are shipped in well insulated containers with ice packs that are often still frozen when they arrive a couple of days later. I’ll never take a chance ordering through any other business as I have high standards & expectations & would likely be disappointed after having tried a good variety of the sausages & meats they offer at House of Smoke!
